Happy 2010!

We are back celebrating new year! How fast! Routine work and makes us fail to appreciate and value the day it is as if we lived only on Mondays suffering and celebrating on Friday. I have my baby now I realize this and should I change in this respect now that I go back to work with a baby in the house.

This year definitely marked my life, the good and bad aspects. I lost one of the most important people in my life and more than 6 months of his departure, I feel I need more than ever. On the other hand, my husband and I celebrated the birth of our baby after a while married. I meditated and thought deeply about life, death and what really counts and counts for me.

My family is my priority more than ever and the challenge is to do a good job as a mother and grow as a professional at the same time, I trust you will do the right thing. I have many goals for these next 12 months and I want to start the new year. My life is different today and I am very happy and motivated by some of those changes.

I hope that 2010 is a year prosperous for all, that the crisis left behind and that the Mexican wake up and bump out of culture and values \u200b\u200bon which it is now, yet I have faith in humanity!

Health, wealth and love to all! Happy New Year!

Mommy, I send you a kiss ...

Ap Cell Respiration Questions

To view: Twin Peaks

The recommendation this time is one of the most innovative television series of all time, Twin Peaks, amazing creation of David Lynch (director of Eraserhead, The Elephant Man, Blue Velvet and Mulholland Drive, etc.) .
American
This series premiered on April 8, 1990. The story unfolds in a seemingly peaceful town in the northern United States (Twin Peaks), which, after the murder of a girl loved by all the people, model daughter and student, an FBI agent arrives to investigate and try to catch the culprit.
From that moment they discover the dark secrets of people living in the town where glue is that everyone has walked on them, including (and especially) the victim ...

This series changed the way we do television in the 90's, which in those days rarely mixing styles or genres in one program. Twin Peaks is a crime and drama series, yet is a mystery series, paranormal phenomena and a little comedy. Perhaps now many series (the most famous of these Lost ) combine these styles, but Twin Peaks was the first to do it and David Lynch owe their existence.

If you've ever seen the work of Lynch, you know that it is not clear or straightforward. He likes to use symbolism, surreal scenes that may not seem to make much sense but are very deep and can be interpreted in different ways. In Twin Peaks This is clearly shown. A story that at first seems interesting and entertaining but realistic is introducing complex, even taboo questions the time as the systematic sexual abuse of one of the main characters, drug addiction, incest and prostitution, and on a more "sci-fi " evil spirits chasing a family, meaningless dreams that reveal vital information to be interpreted to solve the murder and the appearance and disappearance of objects and people.

The influence that this series had on popular culture gringa was enormous: Twin Peaks became a cult hit and instantly. Magazines, and newspapers, like the people on the street wondering who was the murderer of the young Laura Palmer. Shirts, posters, books and other promotional items were sold throughout the country. The identity of the murderer was unknown even to the actors of the series and each chapter a character proved his innocence and another appeared as the new suspect. There was talk of the series into the dialogues of other series and even cartoons. In The Simpsons have been several references to the series, the first in the "Who shot Mr. Burns?" (Chapter 1, season 7) where they appear Lisa and police chief Wiggum in the famous red room:).

addition to the series, the film was recorded Fire Walk With Me , supplementing the series and finally appears for the terrible scene where Laura is murdered. The film was a flop, but for any fan of the series is a vital piece of information is revealed in the series never appear or only mentioned.

Another attraction of and Twin Peaks Fire Walk With Me are the players who participated in this project. The leading role of the series led him Kyle MacLachlan playing the FBI agent Dale Cooper. Kyle has worked with Lynch in Dune and most notably the Oscar nominated film Blue Velvet . Dale Cooper is perhaps the most sympathetic FBI agent, intelligent and charming (and that was very cool lol) television. The role he was perfect and Kyle became one of the favorite TV actors of the United States at that time (the series would return years later in Sex and The City and Desperate Housewives) . Also displayed the singers David Bowie and Chris Isaak, a very young Kiefer Sutherland and David Duchovny and even the David Lynch, all of them as agents of the FBI.

important part of the series is so strange that uses symbols Lynch: the forest, owls, ring, creamed corn, cherry pie, coffee, blue roses, etc. Nothing is what it seems in this story and the characters are so strange and unique as their situations: a dwarf dancer who speaks pronouncing words backwards, a giant, a psychologist obsessed with Hawaii, a dominant wife with one eye, a senior FBI talking screaming, a cop who cries all, a one-armed man and above all, an evil spirit with long hair.

After the first season (which ended in a cliffhanger , something also innovative in that time and now virtually all series do), such was the urgency of the public to know the identity of the murderer that the network pressured Lynch to reveal it as soon as possible. Lynch had not planned provide this information will never (seriously) but had to do reluctantly. Once they knew who had killed Laura Palmer in the middle of the second season, the program's rating declined considerably and it was decided to end the series with only two seasons and 30 episodes.

The series is very well armed and identity of the murderer is really a surprise, but Lynch leaves tracks clear a few chapters before the official unveiling. Not reveal the end of the series, just tell that after watching 30 episodes of 1 hour, 2 hour pilot and movie longer than 2 hours, the end is one of the most unexpected and shocking desperate I've seen in my life. The first time I saw him I was left with an impression that I was not moved in several days, seriously.

Twin Peaks is not a simple series or light, is complicated and requires attention to 100% of the beholder. Is a series that makes you think, is like trying to solve a puzzle for which each has a different solution.

There is much to say about this work of David Lynch but will finish this recommendation saying that if you like dark stories, intelligent and complex, this series is definitely for you. It will not be to the liking of many, but those who come to cherish will have found a real gem.

Twin Peaks is on sale on DVD (in two seasons) ... There is no official website but there are many fan-created, where even though the series has an end and solve the main mystery of history, there are still many points in the air that people keep trying to solve ... Lynch excellent work!!

10 tips for a healthy economy in 2010

This 2009 was undoubtedly a difficult year financially. The 2010 looks better? I think so, although many say that has not yet touched bottom. We begin a new year and it is time to prepare for the expenses to be submitted within 12 months, starting with the dreaded cost of January.

What can you do? Well, there are many things we can change the way we manage for getting out of debt and the economic downturn, the following are 10 tips on what to do to make 2010 the year you take charge of their economic life:

  1. Define your current financial status. If you do not know where you are financially there is no way to reach the goals you set. You need to be clear how you : the total figures to whom and how much time you have to pay each debt what your total income : how much you earn, how well you collaborate with your partner or children, and finally what goods you : houses, cars, land, etc. Once you have this information defined is very likely that the picture does not look very promising, but knowing exactly where you are removed from the anguish and uncertainty. Your
  2. clear goals. This point is vital, you need a plan. Some of your goals will be immediate (together an emergency fund of 1 month's salary), other medium-term (save for the upcoming holidays), and others plan to achieve in a long time even decades (pay off your house). It is important to keep your goals in writing and evaluated to update every so often. For more info on how to define your financial goals, click here .
  3. Gather your emergency fund. The emergency fund can be the difference between terribly into debt or not. In addition, the comfort of knowing that at a critical time have the means to resolve the situation is incomparable. For more info on what it is and how to create your emergency fund, click here .
  4. Always pay your dues before the last day of term. Preferably, plans to make your payments at least 5 days before the deadline for paying the electricity, phone, credit card, cell phone, membership of Costco, etc ... so you make sure you do not pay surcharges for late payments or running out of phone in case something unexpected does not let you go to pay on time. The one day you late paying credit card often means paying 100 or 200 pesos of pure sanction, plus interest charged ridiculously high after a delay you on a payment. Ask your bank, there are some cards that reduce the interest charges you pay each month on time!
  5. Never stop a payment to your debts. This obviously not? Try every means to pay your debts without skipping any. In the case of services, you risk running out of them temporarily or even having to pay later by replacement of the same service. In the case of a credit card, stop payment would take a disastrous and'll only get your debt is increasing considerably .
  6. Pay at least double the minimum credit card. Sounds impossible but it is not, if you have multiple cards, pay twice in one only (pay at least the minimum on the other, of course) until you finish paying, and then pay more in the next. A Once implemented, this is a very fast and effective. Soon I will explain more about this technique, which I will not have credit card debt due after one appalling sum.
  7. not increase your debts. No joke. Use credit cards sparingly, do not borrow, do not apply for credit ... then? survives only with your salary!
  8. Find ways to spend less. Compare prices and quality in the products you buy, ask about special pricing and promotions, please watch for seasonal sales, use coupons, try to cook more at home, cut your costs and reduces trivial fixed where possible. Save
  9. . Although they are 30 or 50 pesos per week (if it can be more) but be consistent and be sure to properly manage this money. You can use it to create an emergency fund or make a purchase without resorting to debt (credit) to finance part of your future or your children, etc ... Whatever happens, however critical the situation is saving a portion of your salary, even 10 pesos but never forget to save once you've begun to do so.
  10. Plan your expenses. There are some that are easy to plan because they are fixed: tuition, monthly truck, cable television service, etc. There are others that vary by month: utilities (water, electricity, etc.), gasoline, clothing, school supplies, gifts, etc.. Each month we make a brief analysis of your spending planned for this month (considering that some figures are not fixed), so you can start saving for the new stove a few months before and not feel the immense burden of having to raise the total cost in a single month or quarter.
Finally, if you fall into temptation and use the card in a silly, or accept a loan from the bank that did not need, remember that it is the end of the world, forgive, focus and evaluate you must do to avoid repeating the same mistake . The most important thing is that you follow your plan.

Happy 2010!!

Cockroach Feces Clusters

good Baby, baby green! Take care of your pet

With the news of the arrival of my daughter, I gave myself the task of investigating what could be done for this new creature impact of lower as possible to the planet. For a change, in Mexico we still have much to do in this aspect compared to other countries where there is a whole culture about raising babies ecological or "green."

There are people who do not care about their impact on the environment and frankly I find hard to understand this indifference. Irrigate all days the streets (STREET !!!!) in front of your house, wash the car every other day with the hose, do not use energy saving light bulbs that seem "ugly", etc ... Within this group there are people worse than not only not help but laugh at that if they do. Come to those concerned as "hippies hug trees to " that disturb and complicate the lives of those who do not share their concern for the planet.

The arrival of a child is (in most cases) reason for happiness in a family, but also should be cause for reflection by parents about what it means for the planet one person ma s. Ideally, after of this reflection parents seek ways to minimize the possible resource consumption and waste generation will bring a new baby.

An attitude of respect for the planet from the moment your baby is born and continues as he grows will result in a respectful and caring person with the environment in the future.

One of the things I'm doing and that raised eyebrows in prá Just about everyone who heard was to use cloth diapers. Yes, cloth diapers. It is so hard (or as gross) as it sounds, and if much ma s economic and environmentally friendly.

talk depth of cloth diapers very soon ...

Muther Pucker Lip Gloss

this December! Back

In this city, as in many, December is equivalent to rockets, missiles, rockets. In addition to badly pollute the atmosphere, the rocket burn is very dangerous not only for those who buy and burn.

Association People For Animals is circulating this flyer (click on picture to see a larger version), and ask you to forward it to your contacts so that there is awareness of what can happen to our pets due to the rocket firing.

Please, if you have pets at home (especially dogs) do not burn rockets!! Also, make sure that if your dog is frightened by the sound of rockets and tries to escape the scandal, have no way of leaving your home for a hole in the fence. Many dogs are lost on the eve of Christmas and A ñ or new, and some are never recovered.

Protect your pet!!

Many say no, we're at rock bottom in terms of military forces, but it is our reality, all I did and had the opportunity to show what happened this September 16, in the 199 anniversary of our "Independence" and the parade which every year takes place.

Besides being exciting, very old are the aircraft, or aircraft carriers are called, is a show you do not see every day, so we got out of the ordinary. Enjoy

Plan B At Walmart Price

A "pineapple juice" to remember

say those who know to remember is to relive, so recalling a bit of music that has come to Yolomécatl , here is a video of The Super Show of Vazquez , a group that in the 80's boomed and was recognized largely by the Mexican audience, so much so that the date is still listening to his music in these times where the duranguense genre has gained ground, as I said earlier, Vazquez, as many identified, made presentations to our Yolomécatl wanted, and could not be in a far more special than the coronation ball, on July 24 where indeed still called so, "Coronation Ball" and which alternated with a group of women called ... I do not remember, but the case is to remember this was dance music that our parents, uncles and grandparents, ah that good dance ... say!

In fact, this dance was held in the municipal basketball court, framed the pedestal and the town hall ... did a good cold I'm told my parents and some acquaintances.

I hope visitors to this site being moved to that bygone era. The song is

Pineapple Juice which comes out Rafael Vazquez "the Chiquis" , who with his saxophone delights the audience by playing notes and more notes breathlessly.

That was what was or why I say that was so special?

For the enthusiasm of the family of the boots 24 and July 25 for the same boots that are preparing to provide food to the attendees, the bulls, for the coronation ball, by computation, by raised funds (which exceeded expectations), for the groups that arrived on the Jaripeo, by the moonlit, sound at night, for the bottles that came and went, the music in the bulls, because we are a people united and we must not let die our traditions ... for that and much more, this small count, which is a part of what happened prmera in Yolo, our dear Yolomécatl.

By the way, follow the slope and start asking their parents, uncles, grandparents of things that have happened in other years in the party in July, for example, years and attending the dance groups coronation songs that sounded in that time it takes to be a steward or a charger, since that year was founded Yolo, etc, etc.

I leave you a cordial greeting to all who know me and I invite you if they have proposals to do something for Yolo, we agree and be part of the party, but above all, our party do something bigger and father.

1928, a pedestal, a united people and the growing pride Nundiche

CLOCK, originally uploaded by JUST DO IT =) .

This is a beautiful picture of Yolomécatl, the first pedestal that was built in 1928, people walking around like every weekend, usually, to enjoy Sunday's square, so delicious climate of region, a beer a Macit, a chat with acquaintances.

The pedestal of all, though we were not present many who now live in, if we know that existed, that was a big step for yolomecanos and deserve a whole page in the book of the history of our beloved people, because they to know that to bring the machinery was not easy, walking days together with the heavy boxes, hours of extreme fatigue, endless hands that were occupied in its construction, to lift the great work of those years.

And above all these thoughts that have left their mark, one that reads:
"Make wills of a race that makes working his redemption" We will already be talking

more about it that is a matter of hours but we will not be forgotten.

Yolomécatl For the people of the tradition Nundiche visit at any time of year, but there is a special reason earlier this year, it's a visit that takes place at Holy Child Nundiche the third Sunday of January, where most people have the desire to make this visit it on foot or by car, while making a request or just for those of museums of thanks for a miracle to this image the people who also bears the name of Santiago.

The journey is long but in the company of family and friends is more entertaining, just bring food, drinks plenty to withstand inclement weather because if he has absoiluta devotion and walk away, have to cross mountains, rivers, terrazeria and sites that may not have known, so it is advisable to wear comfortable clothing and footwear itself, but above all have the desire to make this visit, I told them that it is better to go together and leave on Saturday morning or Sunday at dawn to reach the correct day.

Financial Freedom: Step 2

Note: I am not an accountant, financial advisor, do not work in the bag or anything . I'm just someone who wants to stop living with debt and shares techniques and tips used by many ordinary people with results. Pripio Use at your own risk.)

* To see Step 1 of this series, click here .

Well, once you have defined what your goals are and how long you meet them, it's time to see exactly where you are. For that we need to do an analysis of how much you spend .

Eye, how much you spend is not very much want . More likely (especially if you're looking for information on how to achieve live without owing anything to anyone) is to spend more - perhaps more than you earn.

What you need here is a small notebook , a folded piece of paper or something. The important thing is that it is something you can carry all parties in your purse, your wallet or shirt pocket. I use one of these mini notebooks university can fit in your pocket.

Now take away the book everywhere and record every dollar you spend , yet and cents. No matter whether the payment was in cash, debit or credit, if gasoline was in the car or in a gum: writes everything. What I do is that at the beginning of the page write the month (and year) I will analyze, and then listing the expenses I'll have. I write the date (you must indicate the day of the week, but if you do), then scored and spending a brief description (two or three words) and finally write the amount you spent.

My book looks something like this:

MARCH 2009

02 - Chewing Oxxo = $ 10
02 - Eating (tacos) = $ 66

03 - Gasoline = $ 250

04 - Tortillas = $ 20
04 - Milk Oxxo = $ 43
04 - Telnor (phone) = $ 586

05 - Market = $ 390

etc ...

Add the total of your expenses at the end of the month ... and prepare for a very unpleasant surprise: S. I recommend the sum of amounts once a week to walk away realizing how much money you have left for the rest of the month, so you can turn down the costs in time and before you need to ask someone or use credit to solve your spending the last week of the month.

Maybe at first it is difficult or complicated to write down every time you spend on something. But it's worth. You do not have in front of your co-workers to lunch, you can do later when you have a time alone. However, is not recommended that you wait for the night to record all expenditures made because something can happen. In addition, every time something in the book notes can quickly see all the other things in which you spent in the month and maybe that makes you lower your expenses a little for the rest of the day.

Once you have how much you spend in the month, the book will always serve but now as a tool for cost control and organization of your budget.

But that comes later ...

Wet Close To Period. Pregnant?

Being a woman in Baja California

With that, yesterday was the day of the woman ... I remembered something I heard a few weeks ago I was in ... ojar lot.

Apparently our beloved local Congress passed a bill late last December to criminalize abortion in the state under any circumstances . is, if I got pregnant and the baby was the result of rape, had a genetic malformation, or endanger my life, I could have an abortion because that would be murder and could get me to jail for up to 10 years. Do me the # @ & $ favor.

But that's not all, apparently this new law would penalize also use of IUDs (intra uterine device) to consider abortion . Ah! and also prohibit in vitro fertilization (I believe they have to weigh that's a thing of the devil and therefore should be prohibited ... we're really screwed.) Therefore

revolver is a mistake to church with the state. It is therefore important that our leaders and lawmakers are clear that the point is not that we live under his personal moral standards (or those of his party nor his church). I hope I really get to work on insecurity and economic crisis that is in the area, instead of trying to get us "values" (now is) and between the eyes ... but that if so softly ... e qu because I remember it was not in the campaign promises of our Governors dor, do you? Or those of our members.

Well then, once it is made public what had been approved by course many people protested and even became an issue of importance not only locally, notes appearing in major newspapers of national circulation.

The Office of the Baja California Human Rights filed a grievance before the Supreme Court to consider this as unconstitutional and a vexation to the rights of woman ...

Our beloved Congress replied that no, they had been misunderstood and that no such law had been approved . In fact, they called "surprised" by the grievance filed by the PDH. What it was agreed that last December amounted to constitutional protection of human life from the moment of conception ... uh ... but that has nothing to do with abortion and contraception ...

Okay, so if it was all a misunderstanding and he was not legislating against freedom of planning and the rights of women, why then Supreme Court accepted the challenge presented by the PDH? They probably also misunderstood.

The issue of abortion, like euthanasia, death penalty, marijuana legislation, etc. are very sensitive and controversial issues. In this I agree. But hell have to see what the church believes and backward associations such as Pro-Life (which are against the use of any contraception - including condoms) with the decisions of state?

If someone does not want an abortion for any reason for religious, moral, ethical, etc. will not make though abortion is still allowed as far (in certain circumstances) or even abortion is allowed freely, as in the USA. I want and I demand my right to continue. Not to say that definitely abortaré in a case like those covered by the constitution, but I still have the right to decide what want to live if the pregnancy represents a risk for me mortal. Good job

PAN, and have one vote less safe for at least elections the next 6 years.

Insane Aquarium Unable To Prepare Game Executable

Band reviews: Aerosmith

Although not one of my favorite bands or I would buy a ticket to go see them (unless they came to Mexicali) must be recognized that Aerosmith is a very popular, especially with people over 30 years ...

The last time was in be fan of them was when they made the song "I Do not Want Miss a Thing " (you can see the video here ) the Armageddon movie soundtrack (I've never seen her completely and I have no plans to do so ever - lol .) This song, besides being the only single in the top spot of Billboard, he was nominated for an Oscar for best original song (by the aforementioned film).

The origin of the group was the late 60's in Boston (USA), when Tyler (vocals) played with his own group (Chain Reaction) and came to share the stage with The Byrds, The Beach Boys and The Yardbirds (still Jimmy Page). In one of his concerts, Tyler listen to a band called The Jam Band and decided to join forces with them and do something different. Hence, Aerosmith was born in 1969 with its first official presentation next year receiving a great response from people.

The group signed its first contract with Columbia in 1972 and in January of '73 Aerosmith disc goes on sale, including the single and the group's masterpiece, Dream On .

From there the group has released 13 other albums and officers are to launch their new album (yet unnamed) this year but are just beginning the process of recording. The new record will feature old stuff (from even 20 years ago) and new material ... be seen.

I discovered the group in '93, with the album Get A Grip . I was in high school and my best friend's dad had several albums by Aerosmith, and the stereo was always as Get A Grip. If you were a teenager in those times you probably also saw the videos on MTV disk where Alicia Silverstone appeared, Edward Furlong (love Platonic any teenager in the early 90's) and launching the career of actress Liv Tyler, daughter of Steve. You could hear the singles Living 'On The Edge, Cryin', Amazing and Crazy all the time on the radio. For me it was difficult at that time believe that the group had begun to play in the 70's! I was convinced only when checking the song Dream On was the first album - released in 1973 ...

The band's style goes through many genres, but the blues is predominant in their music. Have an identifiable musical style and Tyler's voice is easily recognized, which is vital to any group that wants to succeed (which is missing 95% of the new groups today.) Despite maintaining its style, the group's evolution havisto disk to disk, and each can find jewelry.

One of the biggest criticism was welcome to use employees hired by the label for co-writing songs, combining the lyrics that the group is based on a "little help" to make the song more commercial (and hence more profitable).

Although not totally my style and I get angry if I hear an album full of them, I know people who are followers of the group. Like everything else, a matter of taste.

As I have always thought, if you're starting to hear a group is better start with the collections (if any), and from there with what I found most interesting. I recommend the O, Yeah! Ultimate Aerosmith Hits because it comes in chronological order (which helps you see the evolution of the group) and covers from Aerosmith start to 2002 in 30 songs. It is very complete.

People for Animals - Video

bit ago I remembered that one of the newsletters that we send Paty (president of the association) to volunteers and members of People for Animals, she mentioned that she had prepared a video to promote and explain what they are doing ... GPLA I do not know why I had not seen before! It was great!

I see and I was surprised how good it is! I leave here, lasts just over 13 minutes, but really, it's worth seeing it.

All they say is true Paty and Mitzy, feelings of frustration at not being able to do more are horrible! In contrast, joy and peace you feel when you leave an animal with his new family pays for everything:).

Change the life of an animal that only asks for a chance to be loved by a family ... Support People for Animals!

Earth Hour!

This next Saturday March 28 from 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm (wherever you are) will be held Earth Hour.

What is that?

Earth Hour is an "event" (so to speak) originated in Australia in 2007 and organized by the World Conservation Organizacón ( WWF, the pandit ), which show your support for the activities made to solve the problem of global climate change. The concept is simple: on 28, at the appointed time (8:30 pm) turn off all lights not necessary your home or office.

This is not about lowering the lever meter, or you disconnect your refrigerator, remember: it is only turned off the lights not essential. You are not asked to turn off the lights in a parking lot or outside your home (if that makes you feel unsafe), or emergency lighting in your office. Simply, when the time comes, turns off the lights inside your house (outside as well if you can), your computer, television, lamps, etc..

Earth Hour is a symbolic act that tells the world - and their leaders - who are concerned about climate change that we are feeling and that is causing so much damage to the ecosystem: S. In Mexico City the only officially registered is Mexico City, but I'm sure the future this movement will also include the cities of the country.

Despite being only his second year at the 2008 Earth Hour evoked a large and important governments to participate, at the right time, turned off their lights The Opera House in Sydney (Australia), the Colosseum in Rome (Italy), the council or city hall London (England), the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco (USA), the Sears Tower in Chicago (USA) and the Empire State Building in New York (USA), among many others.

might think that if entered into and participated this year will not make any difference because you're the only crazy treehugger the block, but you are wrong: to participate and you become part of the solution because it shows you're interested in the problem is resolved. If you have children, this is an excellent opportunity to teach by example that every little bit account and you can take to talk with them about the current ecological situation (without having to be tragic or alarmist), but above all, talk to them about what they can do today to help get a better, cleaner and in balance so they can enjoy in his adult life:) Join
