It's amazing how things are, how people are, how we are. In the Blog Dalamar read something very interesting about the clash of cultures.
is a real comparison on the ground as I live on land Dalamar Nipponese, by the way, good luck out there and do not forget to follow tell how it goes.
most curious was to reflect on what we saw here in Japan. For example:
- Falling asleep in meetings or work was well seen!! because it is understood as a response to that work hard for the company and that's good.
- There after finishing the race you have to find employment, OBLIGATIONS, otherwise you are frowned upon (I guess as a bad worker) and not easy to find jobs. It's so frustrating that some end up committing suicide by the pressure.
- Work is a blessing for the individual and presents you as a society to be respectable and productive.
In Spain.
- must do as you work, both in front of the head as peers, whether real or not. And if you're at work (and you're good) you have to continually complain about the boss, schedules and colleagues who are not present.
- This does not matter if you're prepared or not because most of the time by companies hire you for a lower level than you have to contribute less. Otherwise, a race is done not by passion (usually done because everybody does or does not work) missing out all the possibilities offered by the educational system (is cheaper than in other countries and provides many opportunities for access to culture) and of course results in many graduates in the average to low.
- A great place to live the story and not stick or plate, the better. Finally
perhaps none of the two cultures have the solution to our problems (both cultures have their own) but surely we can learn much from each other.
Greetings.
