Mayor of Lloredo Alfoz not to demolish the hotel Puerto Calderon
The Contentious Administrative Court No. 1 of Santander has imposed a fine of 300 euros for Lloredo Alfoz mayor, Enrique Breton, by not having brought down the hotel Puerto Calderon in the town of Oreña, within the time given to him for it.

The Contentious Administrative Court No. 1 of Santander has imposed a fine of 300 euros for Lloredo Alfoz mayor, Enrique Britons, not to have downed Puerto Calderon Hotel in the town of Oreña, within the time that he gave for it.
As explained in an order of the Court, which has had access Europa Press, the hotel is Judgement demolition since September 2003.
The order states that since November 2010 that the City has not been any activity undertaken for the enforcement of the demolition and although it has required the mayor to report on it, his argument does not justify the delay.
therefore the court agreed to impose a fine of 300 euros that will be repeated on a monthly basis while not running the demolition.
against the car, dated March 11, it file an appeal before the same court within 15 days of notification.
