A week after the earthquake too, and early tsunami warning in Japan nuclear we witness the chain of tragedies we been affecting humans.
Noting the market as a sociological study of the psyche of the masses, and more in this globalized world, we realize how little we are at the strength of nature and how we are easily dominated by fear.
Fear and Greed.
These are the two forces that move financial markets and, dare I say, human society.
The first immediate effect is real and devastating consequences of the force of nature. Unpredictable and devastating, what has made the human being? Run.
The stock market crash to the lace has been bearish bias that began in late February, by the way which really began with the crisis of Libya. Crisis seems going to end, I hope, with a ceasefire.
situation that has not helped, rather contributed media by the amount of misinformation caused, in turn, by too much information search, this must be added the real ignorance about the real risks of nuclear energy use.
I had no idea and I had to catch up, but knew it was dangerous. This increases the risk.
So in short, risk can be defined as the possibility that something goes wrong + ignorance + disinformation.
Hope this helps us to reflect and seek to know preparing for the worst case scenario but never pass or later another 100 years to go. In short time we have been witnessing the worst financial crisis in the history of bubble economy, a crisis in Arab countries (some oil) and now this humanitarian crisis in Japan.
I hope that instead of seeking Turkish heads, are reacting quickly to their aid and learn to be prepared for any worst case scenario, something we will move toward the financial freedom.
Greetings.
